FAQs
Do you charge for space?
No, we don’t charge room or rental fees. We require you to meet a food & beverage minimum, which I determined by the desired date & time.
What is a food & beverage minimum?
A F&B minimum is an agreed upon amount that you, as the guests, will spend on all food and all beverages during your event. Tax, gratuity, and fees do not go toward that amount.
Do you have bar packages?
We do not. We charge on consumption. Which means you pay for what is ordered. This puts you, the host, in control of the bar. You can set any limits (per drink max, drink tickets, beer/wine only, max spend, cash bar, etc).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We have both vegetarian and vegan options. Along with several gluten free items. We can also make items for those with stricter dietary needs. So, don’t be shy, just ask!
What is included in full-service catering?
Full service includes onsite staffing, chafing dishes, set up, 1.5hrs of buffet service, table clearing, breakdown and clean up.
What is "a la carte" catering?
You get to pick your BBQ menu. You pick the meats, the sides, the extras, & we customize your menu. This helps us help you stay on budget
Do you offer catering delivery?
Yes! We base the delivery fee on distance and require a $500 minimum for most catering deliveries.
